We do not typically offer online sales except for Thanksgiving to streamline our pie sales. We have multiple locations and no matter what I have done (the full troubleshooting guide, talking with support who "elevated the claim to advanced teams") one of the locations still says: "Items aren't available for sale yet at this location. Switch locations or come back later to purchase!"
I have confirmed the location is a physical one in the settings, the items are marked as being available to be sold at that location, it is toggled on for pickup, etc. and nothing has changed.
All of the other locations are fine and when I toggle them on/off or make the items unavailable at that location, the change is reflected.
Also - I have updated the item descriptions to reflect changes for this year and they have not shown up with those changes on the site (despite other changes appearing that I have made).
Has anyone encountered this and how have you fixed it? Any help would be appreciated greatly!

We haven’t personally run into that issue, but I know how frustrating it can be when everything looks right in the settings and Square still won’t cooperate. 😩
A few things that might be worth double-checking (just in case):
Make sure the location is synced under both Item Availability and Fulfillment Settings (sometimes one updates but not the other).
Try republishing your site after saving changes — I’ve seen description updates or availability not reflect until it’s republished.
If you’re using Square Online, go to Settings → Site Availability → Locations and make sure the correct one is toggled on there too — it can differ from your POS settings.
And as a last resort, try duplicating one of the working items and assigning it to the problem location to see if it shows up correctly. That sometimes “resets” whatever glitch is happening behind the scenes.
Hopefully one of those workarounds does the trick — it definitely sounds like a syncing issue somewhere between the site and your item catalog. 🤞

Where is Settings --> Site Availability --> Locations in the Online section? I'm not seeing that anywhere. I confirmed location is synced, and duplicated the items to only be available at the problem location, republished after and no change.
