Local and Delivery negates Shipping

I have updated a number of items in my online store to be included for local delivery.  It seems to have negates the option to ship the items instead.  Super frustrating as I just was informed of this now, and we just finished our Christmas season, and now I realize why we didn't receive a single online order from out of town! Any one know how this might be corrected?

In the your Online Store, under the Item Settings you can select which delivery options are available for them. 

 

Is this where changes were made? If not, could you elaborate on the updates you made?
