Listing an item without the option to purchase online

Hello I hope someone can help. I have an item that is only available after a skin consultation, but I want to be able to list it on my website but the call to action be for them to contact me - so I cant have it available to add to basket. Does anyone know how to do this please? Thank you, Charlotte

Hey @CharlotteDudley, thanks for joining the Seller Community! 

To stop customers from adding an item to basket, you can:

• Set the item stock to 0 so it'll be shown as Out of Stock OR
• Disable the Accept Order Online button on your website. This will show a message that the store is not accepting order

You can then add a line in the item description to say that customers can contact you directly for purchase.

Alternatively, rather than creating an item listing, you can create a separate page for this product. The page can still have information like images, item details, etc. and you can add a contact form on the page so customers can get in touch that way.
