I have updated pricing, visibility, pick-up, category, and anything else I could think of and my items still will not display for sale on my online store. I am able to add the category but when you click on it the next page states that "Items aren't available for sale yet on this page. Come back later to purchase!" I never set a stock or track stock because my items are not based on stock. I have never had this issue before. Please help!

One of our engineers confirmed that this was an issue impacting other Square Sellers as well. The good news is, they also let me know that this should now be resolved!

This issue has not been resolved. My items are still not sync to my online store!
I have also been experiencing this issue. Sometimes it takes over 24 hours for the updates to be reflected in the online store.
I am experiencing this issue as well and have attempted refreshing and other workarounds. I just updated the images for my products, so hopefully that is reflected on my site at some point later today.
Has there been any progress on this subject? I have an item I updated in July and it's still not syncing.
I am having the same issues of it not syncing at all
I had to unpublish mysite to make sure no one accedentally bought any items while this problem is persisting
my earrings show up in the "shop all" catagory but not in their proper Earring Catagory that i had set up
but as you can see it does not show up in the earrings catagory
it only shows in the "all items" catagory .... if i click on earrrings page in the preview this shows
I am having a very similar issue, I used to have 5 categories at the top of my website but I have more than that at one stage my site said more and the end, that has now gone. I thought okay I will join 2 categories so that I will have it show - I deleted the category I was going to merge went to my dashboard and made changes there then went to my site to add a navigation link & I can't do it. Thankfully my site hasn't changed as I didn't click Publish so that has remained the same. However I can't make any changes now until the Navigation link is fixed as it has deleted one category. Please Help.
Having a similar issue! I'm creating a website, and even though all the items are set up perfectly (I have built four previous websites for other customers, so I'm somewhat familiar with the system), they won't appear on the website at all. It's really frustrating because I need this website done by the end of the month, and this is the only issue that I can't resolve

Hey guys so yes we had this issue it took them over a month to fix but it did get resolved. I recommend not deleting anything else because your website will be stuck like that until they fix it. It was a sync issue. It was really frustrating and we lost a lot of money. You need to call and get someone from the engineering team on this ASAP. They gave me $1500 in processing fee and 3 months free of the online service.
