I had some customers reach out that my items are showing unavailable. I recently added some items and I recall checking they were all available for purchase but now it appears all of my items are showing on the website as not available.
The items are marked as visible and in stock under items.
I have tried to republish, hide the items and remark them as visible, edit stock level, unpublished the whole site and republish it, all with no change.
Any ideas on how to fix?
I'm having this issue with the square POS too. It'll say we're overselling but the quantity shows we have 1 available. I'm not sure what the issue is.
I was able to fix my issue by resetting the fulfillment. Not sure what caused the issue but that fixed it.
I have tried all suggestions, still no luck. I have two items, one for donations and one to pay dues. Both items are showing, but when you select them it shows unavailable.
