Hi! It seems I’m having a pretty common issue, I have an item stuck on my website after it’s been deleted from my inventory/items list! I’ve tried the troubleshooting methods from other threads but nothing has worked! Any help appreciated!
@RCreations-JKT Welcome to the community! We have ran into this a few times. When you delete an item, Square usually deletes it pretty quick. Sometimes an item will get caught in the cache and will sit there for a few hours or maybe even a couple of days.
One thing you can do is go to Square Support and request a manual cache clear or sync reset
• Mention: “Deleted item still appearing on Square Online despite removal and republish attempts.”
Hopefully this will clear up the problem.
