I've tried everything. When I go to the items that are supposed to be in my shop and click on the 3 dots next to them and then click 'Update channels" I check the box and then try to update it but it always goes back to being unchecked. It only works on a couple items and I didn't do anything different for those items than others. What is going on? This always happens to me!

Hey there @shoptulip. So I have a suggestion that may or may not work. But, it’s worth a try.
Go to your browser’s settings and clear its history and cache. Then sign back into your dashboard and try again. There is a non-zero possibility that something is lurking there that might be getting in the way. If this does not work, then it is an issue you will need to call support about. They have the tools and visibility into your account to reproduce the issue and escalate a trouble ticket to the engineers.
