Items marked as "sold out" are becoming available again

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Is there a time limit for how long online items can be marked as sold out?"

 

I had several items in my online store marked as sold out - one because it was out of season, one because we were temporarily out of one of its key ingredients, and a third because two of three sizes were sold out.  In all three cases, they have been regularly turning back to becoming available on their own.  Is there a time limit to how long a product can be designated as sold out in the weebly online stores?  Or is this a support issue?

@Lacpeb This is not the correct behavior, and I have had the same bug showing up recently.  I do know there are some posts on this, but not sure when it will get looked at or what the trigger is.
