Items are coming up as out of stock on Square Online site

I am having all the above issues. I have done all the trouble shooting and nothing is working. I am trying to sell event tickets. I have two options and both are saying out of stock. I thought the issue could be that the event is a different location to the location on my account - but I have done two events previously at other locations and the tickets haven't been a problem. please can someone help me?
