Item is showing as Unavailable

My customers are getting an "Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available" message when trying to purchase an item that IS available. I can't find where the error is. I have sold some of these already. I have added to the inventory. There must be a setting somewhere that I am missing. Please help!  The item is the PM class welcome sign.  you can see in the picture below that there is inventory available to sell.

@mamaray make sure you scroll down on the item and it should be "visible".  Then check and make sure your categories aren't time limited  or you have it set for preorders.  I would check those first.

Hi there, @mamaray!

 

I agree with what @Donnie-M has suggested, about first checking the visibility of the item. Another thing that I recommend checking is the fulfillment setting of the item. If the item is not properly set up, this can cause issues with checking out. You can find out more about those settings, here. If both of those items are still set up, please let us know, and provide the link to your site, when you have a moment.
