Item in my site showing "Not Available"

My items are showing as "Not Available" 
I tried the troubleshooting options above however it is still showing as Not Available. Did anyone have any suggestions other than contacting support?

Hey!

 

Not sure if you got this sorted, but here are a few things to double-check:

 

  • Is the item assigned to the Online site location? Go to Items > Item Details > Locations and make sure “Online” is checked
  • Is inventory set to 0? If stock tracking is on and inventory is empty, it will show as unavailable
  • Is the item visible online? Confirm it's toggled on under Online > Items and marked as “Visible”
  • Are all required variations active and priced? Sometimes one missing price or variation setting can cause the whole item to flag as unavailable
