I have two items I'm having trouble with. One is in the wrong category and the other should be in that category but isn't showing. I have re-checked the categories several times and the categories I want them in are saved and both items are Visible. Reading through some other threads it sounds like this was something that could have been fixed in the Online item list. Now the Online section redirects to the dashboard item library, so I can't try that. I believe the one showing incorrectly was created in the Online items and the one not showing was created in the dashboard item library. Thanks for any assistance!
I am having a similar issue as well. It sounds like this is a Square issue and needs to be flagged!

We have not had the exact same issue. However, we have had challenges whereby we make an item Visible to our Online store, and it doesn't go live to our site.
I know Square is aware of the challenges that sellers are facing with categories and is actively working to address many of those challenges. Input from sellers like you (and me) help to surface these challenges and get them addressed as soon as possible.
