Whenever I try to make a change such as rearranging my items in an item category, I will get the error message "Something went wrong. Please try saving again." when I try to hit the save button. This problem hasn't occurred until a few days ago.
@RoadRageApparel, unfortunately I do not. I’ve checked the US Square Status board and don’t see any active issues. And, just to be sure, I went to my online store and rearranged items and was able to save my changes just fine. This tells me that there is probably something internally in your dashboard that only Square engineers can look into. So, you’re going to need to get on the phone with Customer Support. I’d recommend calling rather than doing a chat or email. That way they can sign into your dashboard with you on the phone and you can talk them through the steps that cause the error. Once they can replicate it, they can open a trouble ticket and escalate that to the engineers.

Hi @RoadRageApparel. I just did a quick test and it seemed to work for me. No error message, at least. So, if you haven’t already, I’d try a couple of things:
Most likely something got messed up in your cookies that Square uses to keep track of various things. This should give you a clean slate to try again. If that doesn’t work, come back here and post and I’ll try again.
