Hello... I have a book for sale on our site that is 2 years old and began having an issue a week ago.
The book is showing "low stock" even though there are 45 available in stock. The low stock alert is set to 5 copies.
A customer tried to buy the book and the site told them it was not available.
There is also a modifier for the writer to sign the book that should not be there and I cannot get rid of it. It is not selected in the item library listing.
I have been thru the help bot, and its suggestions made it worse. I think I have the item information in the library set back to where it should be, but it's still showing in the online store as Low Stock, still showing the autograph option, and still cannot be ordered.
Unfortunately, we have lost a sale because of this glitch.
Please help.
