Issue with UK Address Box on Square Online

I am experiencing this issue. After exploring the problem, it appears to be primarily related to mobile transactions. When you start to add an address, you are prompted with possible locations. However, if you do not select one of the options, it seems you have no choice but to add the address manually. It is at this point that most users do not select the state. Due to screen size limitations, it is easy to click away from the selected list or struggle to scroll beyond the displayed options. This has cost me a £40 spend this evening. I am hoping the lady will come back, but I felt the frustration in her voice. This is not the way I wish to do business.

I hear you on this. Right now, we are still working through improving this checkout experience. You could always put a note somewhere visible on your site that this can occur and hopefully it will minimize the amount of abandoned carts.
