Issue with Discount Coupon not applying 6 April 2022

Had a customer try to make their purchase through our website (to be paid using AfterPay).  I had sent them the link which should automatically apply the 10% discount (single use, expiry date is tomorrow).  She tried twice, both times discount didn't apply.  Told her to enter the code manually, still didn't apply.  Ended up just supplying an item for free and deactivating our website.  I have used coupon codes before with no issue and checked the coupon settings, all was good my end.  I've since deleted the coupon.
