Is there any way to set the limit number of item to sell?

I am trying to have customers to register for our programs and make payment at the same time.  We have limited seats available, so setting the available numbers online is essential as it is FCFS basis...

Anybody has any ideas?

@JLC-V you can set an inventory on the number of seats available for that item. then it will be marked as sold out online when that # is reached.
