Is there a way to restrict sales of an item to specific times of the day.

I want to set up a lunch special that would only be available between 11:30 and 1:00. Is there a way to prevent this item from being order outside these times?

If you're trying to restrict the sales of items ordered via your Square Online website, we have a feature called Time-Based Categories.

With Square Online, you can create a category that's time-based to support menu items that are only available during certain times of the day (e.g. breakfast, lunch, weekends, etc.). These time-based categories also work with your pickup and local delivery hours, which means customers can only purchase items during the times you specify (subject to any applicable prep times and local delivery estimate settings).

Now, if you're looking to restrict these items from being sold at your Point of Sale outside of specific hours, that would be considered a feature request.
