Is there a way to add products that can't be sold online but people contact you to buy?

I was wondering if there was a way to add products that can't be sold online but people contact you to buy? For example, selling used cars. Just having items listed with the description and price, then contacting the owner to purchase it.

You could create a Square Online site, list your items and then within Checkout Settings you can toggle off 'accepting orders':
