We currently use Ecwid to integrate Wix and Square and it works well, but not perfectly and it keeps getting more expensive. Orders that come in through Ecwid show up in Square will all the product information and modification details. You can also let people schedule their pick up date and time and that information comes through into Square as well. The shipping information as well, and all the orders come in as active orders so we can fulfill them in Square, but we could also fulfill them in Ecwid if we chose. One glitch is that Ecwid is having continued inventory syncing issues, so while inventory tracking online and in store is supposed to work, it doesn't always and Ecwid hasn't really been able to help us figure it out.
I heard about sku IQ as an alternative intermediary between Wix and Square and wanted to look into it. sku IQ claims that all of the product details come into Square, but in my first test that wasn't the case. No order details came through, it just said "Custom Amount" and the orders came through as completed, so they couldn't be fulfilled in Square. Does anyone have any experience using sku IQ and still being able to fulfill orders in Square? Has anyone used anything other than Ecwid? Square online works great for ordering, but we need a lot more pages on our website and it just doesn't work well for all of our needs. Thanks in advance!
