Is it possible to not display variations drop down option if only one is available

So i wanted to know if I only have 1 variation available for a certain item, is it possible to not display that option at all in my online store. I use Square for my bookstore and I have Language as an option set where there are different variations in different language. However many books are currently only available in english as I am still receiving stock so for those I don't want to display the Language drop down option in my online website at all. Is that possible?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you can create a version of that item that does not include any variations.
