Invalid Phone number

I have a problem verifying my identity. I am currently entering my details and my address and it asked me for my phone number which I put but there would be a extra space left. I tried beginning with 61+ to see if it worked but instead it wouldn't let me put the last number. I am using my mobile number as it states there that I can "Landline/Mobile" but it says invalid. Any help please
