International use

I would like to know if the square products and systems can be used outside of American and be used in the Caribbean I.e jamaica Bahamas Cuba Turks and Caicos islands Dominican Republic and Haiti? Would like to use there system but don’t want to purchase if it doesn’t function in the Caribbean.
