Insurance on shipments

We need some technical help with Square Online. We ship wine to several states.

I have zones setup and priced according to how many bottles are in the shipment. I would like to find out if there is a way to have an option to purchase insurance on each shipment based on the total purchase.

You could add an item called "shipping insurance" that the customer could add to the cart with their order. Unfortunately, there is not a way to automate this so that it automatically reflects based on the total cart amount.
