Hi I am new to square and have used it for a month now,
I recently got an information request, that requested for information from a previous owner of the business. As she was no longer part of the business I felt it was not right to upload her information.
Contacted square through email option but its been a few days and no response.
Phone was conveniently not working as well when i tried clicking, searched for the phone number to call but without the square customer number then comes from clicking the call button, I am unable to speak to a live representative, Tried FB chat as well no response.
Need any assistance possible to get my funds out to pay my staff and rent. Thank you.
