Image Sizing Issues on Weebly Website

Hello there, 

I hope you could help me. I am not that very familiar with image sizing in weebly. So I have chosen a new theme on weebly called Upstart. I have a minor issue with how small the logo on top. I have tried to resize it. But I am not sure if I can still resize it or fix as how the theme was built.

After taking a look, it looks like with that theme, the logo is as big as it is going to get. 

Maybe some other users will jump in here and give their suggestions!
