IS there any ways to print out the numbers of items needed for the day?

For example:

At the end of every night, I can print out what I need for the next day (I have a 24hours prep time) rather than counting out what is on every order. more like a "Pick up items list of the day with quantity" 

*** not the day the order was placing ***

I'm happy to look into this for you, but i'm not sure I'm fully understanding the question. Are you looking to just get a list of the average amount of items you sell in a day?

ok, we are a restaurant and customer pre-order few days ahead with the limited quantity we will have with a small crew. I was hoping to print a report every morning for the items I have to prepare for the day to help to kitchen prepare rather than goes by the day it was sold. For example

Items needed for today 

Fried Rice   15

Beef Stir Fry  12

Noodle dishes 18

Since I get you here, I have 2 more questions if you can help me with

1)  When the Order being print, it doesn't not print the part where customer put it "note" when they order, we have been manually write them down one by one"

2)  The biggest issue we are dealing with is that people always choose "as soon as possible" without choosing a actual pickup time. We have been wasting a lot of time answering phone phone and email on that then we have to change it manually by writing it on the printed order. IS THERE ANYWAY TO FORCE THEM PICK A TIME when they order?

@ChefChan I was trying to find a similar report, ended up building a tool so I can instantly see a report that shows all pickup/delivery orders like this:

Items needed for today
