I have been trying to end my CBD program since 2020. I still cant. Help!

What I am doing wrong? What else do I do? Who do I contact now? 

I did go through what the chat said. Didnt work. I did send multiple emails. Hasn't worked yet. 

The only thing I care about is having text marketing. 

Please help! I am behind the curve and need this!
