I have an item showing under "Shop all" but not under the category to which it's assigned

I have an item showing under "Shop all" but not under the category to which it's assigned. How can I get it to show up under the category?

Hey @Oakie.  This is often just a timing issue.  Since you posted this 5 hours ago, can you check again now?  If it is still an issue, please post the following in reply:

 

  1. Your website/store URL
  2. The name of the item
  3. The category it should be showing up in
  4. A screen shot of your item definition showing the categories to which it is assigned.
