I have a legacy weebly account that I cannot log in to

I can no longer log into my weebly account to edit my website. A recent merging of my account with square has made it so when I log in it's a square account with nothing there. The old website is not accessible.

Hi @reedviolin.  It’s there. It’s just not intuitive how to do it. It sounds like you are signing into squareup.com. For some of reason this does not usually work with Weebly sites. What you want to do is

  • sign out of Square, then go to Weebly.com.
  • use the sign in with Square option and provide your Squares account credentials
  • Your Square dashboard will come up and you’ll be able to edit site, which will take you to the legacy Weebly editor.

That’s how it works for me with a legacy Weebly site I have.

I tried this solution. It did not work for me. I am still taken to my original Square Account with same login ID, and items for sale. My weebly account is monthly subscription, so this should be fixed ASAP as I am paying for the service.

I figured it out. Once logged in, on the left side of the screen the name of your site is listed with a drop-down arrow. Click on the drop-down menu and select the website you want to access/edit.

Square apparently made another unpublished site with the same name as my legacy website built with Weebly, so that when I logged in, it appeared that my legacy site was selected.
