I cannot get square to connect to my IG or FB

I cannot get square to connect to my IG or FB.  I have sat on the phone over 45 minutes with square reps and they have transferred me 5 times.  They cannot even figure out how to do it?  Is there someone out here that can help please?  I am so lost and can't even get square to help me out.

@jacdzg2  I could be wrong, but I think since last summer Square doesn’t connect to Facebook or Instagram. The reason being is FB & IG wanted to process sales through them and not through Square. I got an email last summer from FB stating my Square store would be disconnected.
