I can't search for SKU numbers when checking customer out on Android tablet.

I use my Android tablet for my sales at art events.  I have my categories listed and items in the category have numbered SKU numbers.  When I'm trying to create the order, I try to search for an item by SKU and it doesn't find it.  If I go into the category, I see the items listed by name and price, but no SKU number is visible.  How can I either search by SKU number or at least see the SKU number in the category list of items?

I'm sorry to hear trouble has brought you to the seller community. You should definitely be able to search for your items via SKU. Can you let us know which of our Point of Sales apps you're using, and which steps you're taking to search for the SKU?
