I can’t delete an item page in Weebly iOS app

I’m having so many offputting issues with Weebly which are driving me to despair, but I’ve already sunk so much time into it, I don’t know what to do! It’s upsetting how broken Weebly is.

One issue I had which I managed to fix myself was the home page not displaying all the featured item pictures, just showing a tag. I managed to fix this by adding duplicate images to the item.

I can’t fix the following:

- one of my items is showing as reduced from £0.00 to £170 !!! Like what the actual??? I haven’t put in a lower sale price so I’m absolutely lost why it’s doing that. 

- I created new duplicate items to try and fix the issues and hopefully move on, only to find Weebly iOS has no ability to delete item pages. What is that about? Why can’t I delete an item I no longer need? Absolutely maddening. You click the 3 dots and it should have an option to delete the item. Why wouldn’t it? Literally going round the bend with this it’s so awful.

Hi there @Hellothere1 - sorry to hear you're having some trouble. 

It sounds like you need help with a Square Online site editor rather than an iOS Point of Sale app, but let me know if that's not right - we don't have an app for Square Online at the moment. 

To add or edit a sale price for your Square Online items:

1. In your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Site Items.
2. Select an existing item
3. In the Options area of the item, add an amount under Sale Price for each variation of the item.
4. Finish all other edits to the item, and select Save when finished.

If you want you can completely remove the sale price for this particular item. 

With regard to the second query - can you please share an image of where you are trying to delete the item or the item page? 

To remove a page from your Square Online site:

1. In your Square Online site editor, select the Page dropdown menu.
2. Hover over one of the pages in the list and select the rubbish bin icon.

To remove an item:

1. From your Square Online Overview, choose an item
2. Click three dots in the top right corner > hit delete
