I can not add any items to my site

Hi all,

When I go for edit site, I see "Looks like you don't have any items in your store. Create an item to feature prominently on this page." But I have 30+ items on item library.

When i click "create an item"...nothing happens. A window opens and that's it.

Thank you for flagging this for us, we definitely want to step in here to see how we can help! Is this issue still occurring on your account? If so, can you please send a screenshot of what is happening?

I have the same problem.  When I click on Create your first item, another page opens and nothing happens.

Sorry to hear you're also experiencing this, @EuforiaVibes!

Have you try clearing cache/cookies or use a different browser to open the same page? If you have, and you're still not seeing anything, can you let me know the version of the browser you are using (you can use this site to check).

Additionally, can you try to go here > click "Create Item" and let me know if anything happen for you?
