I am unable to verify my identity I need help

So I’ve completed everything for my site.  & It will not let me confirm my identity. I type in my address and social and birthdate. Once I press continue, it keeps saying try again later. I’ve done it from my cell, my laptop a friends cell and lap top and it just will not load and allow for me to continue. I’ve contacted customer service via email they helped none and basically told me to come here for answers. Please help I need my store to go live as soon as possible.

So sorry this is happening to you. From my experience I prefer to actually speak to someone at Square Customer Support because they usually have the ability to pull my information up on their side to view and help...if they can not they will transfer me to someone else.
