Hey @aubreysheaven. So that description just needs to be expanded more. I’ve read it a few times and simply can not figure out what you are trying to say — most likely because of your terminology. So…..
First, can you please post the URL/domain name of your website? I’d like to look around so I can get an idea of what is going on.
Second can you post a screen shot or two showing what you are seeing and what you want to see? I ask because I can not figure out what you mean by “general item” versus “actual item”, both of which are not Square or POS terms. Visual examples would help so that I can give you ideas of how to resolve your issue.
