How to set up delivery without store address showing for customers?

I will be offering delivery from a ghost kitchen and don't want the address to show up on the customer's screen. How do I set this up?

The delivery option should only ask the customer for their address to enter. Do you have more than one location for your customers to select from? This is the only reason I can think of that would show the store address for delivery fulfillment. 

Do you see it displayed on a particular page or section of your site?
