Where the links brings me on Square website.

I have no idea where these pages are coming from to edit/remove and it doesn't look great when shown under the website results. These services are available for booking through square appointments

Hey there, @Steven7.  So this is something you have to do through the various search engines — Google, Bing, etc.  For example, to remove pages from Google indexing, you’ll need to go to the Google Search Console, create an account and claim your site.  Then you can use  the Indexing > Removals function to submit pages to be removed from Google indexing.

Bing (etc) have similar mechanisms, but you have to do each search engine individually.  If you want to do it all at once, you’d need to contract with an SEO or website professional who probably has the tools to make this process much simpler.  But it will cost you to do that, of course.
