How to remove requirement to present customer’s ID when they place an online delivery?

I use on demand delivery with Square Online Ordering. However, I have been having problems that my customers are asked to present their ID upon delivery even if their order don’t contain any alcoholic items (see attached picture). I checked all of my existing items and they do not have “contain alcohol” selection. Did this happen anyone before and how can I solve it? My customers don’t feel complete showing their ID as their orders don’t contain any alcoholic items. 

I’ve tried to talk to Square support on the phone, chat and email but none of them know the solution to this. I feel so hopeless.
