@JudyBoles If this is for online orders where the customer pays online, square requires a phone number for all online orders. Is that what you are referring to?
For online orders that are not pick up or delivery you can go to your online dashboard ---->Shared settings ---->Checkout ---->Customer Inputs ----> Phone Number Optional
There you can change the setting requiring a phone number for other fulfillment methods.
