How to remove business name from browser tab. Unclear.

I have my business name which is different from my brand the site is based on. For example, I have the business name Algovi Solutions. My brand is Yaotl mictlan. I do not want the site title to be Home | Yaotl Mictlan | Algovi Solutions. This clouds the Algovi brand. I only want the site title to be Home | Yaotl Mictlan. In SEO, I see the form field that says Home and in the display above, it reads: Home | Algovi Solutions. Please, there must be a way to edit the meta site title.
