How to disable tipping on order pickups?

Hello!

I am trying to figure out how to turn off tips for order pickups on the business website. We are a retail clothes business and don’t accept tips. I have tips turned off but it still shows up on pick up only. Any idea on how to turn that off?

Hi @benboy 👋 thanks for flagging this. 

Do you have the following setting in your Square Online Dashboard disabled?

You can find this setting in the Square Online Checkout tab. 

If you do have this setting disabled already, can you please share a link to your site here so that I can take a closer look? 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
