Did you setup an online site ? If yes, what option did you setup under Fulfillment ? There are 3 choices, each has selections that can be on or off. Perhaps if you provide some additional info, others here may be able to help. Just another thought, if you have an online site, do you have details explaining to your buyers as to how to order and what they need to do get their order - like pick-up in person or another option.
