How to disable customer feedback on receipts?

Hello @WPCAT, welcome to the Seller Community.

 

To disable customer feedback

 

  1. Visit Feedback in your online Square Dashboard.
  2. Click Settings in the top-right corner.
  3. Toggle “Collect feedback from your digital receipts” off.

The option will no longer appear to customers.
