How to allow customers to purchase items on Square Online that is marked sold out on POS?

Is there a way?  I'm trying to set up Square Online for customers to place orders for pickup one day ahead.  POS out of stock reflects availability in-store, but on Square Online there would be no restrictions since we're asking customers to order one day ahead so we can have the food ready.
