hello,
I have just set up my website, with items to be collected after the order. I have done a test purchase and didn't receive an automatic receipt or order confirmation. how do I set this up to go out automatically?
I have been able to send a receipt by going into the order and manually sending but I do not want to do this every time someone places an order.

I see this is your first time here on the Seller Community, so welcome 🙂
You'll need to head to:
Square Online Overview > Communications > Email & Text Alerts. You'll need to set up a sender profile.
You can also customise the emails sent to customers from this section within the email previews section.
To do so you would go to the email you would like to edit, for example, Order Confirmation, click the three dots on the right and side and click edit email.
