i would like to know how the square sync production cost is calculated which is used on online orders

We are happy to help here but are looking for a little more clarity on what you are looking for. Are you looking for the Square fee that is taken out for processing orders through Square Online?

On every online order, there is an item shown entitled “ square sync production”. It is separate from the square fee. It also significantly reduces the amount transferred to us. I would like to know exactly what is in that fee as well as how it effects amount transferred to us. 
this fee is nowhere to be found in square references.
