I have a customer that is trying to redeem their e-gift card but they do not have a 16-digit code to enter online. The email confirmation does not have any info on it. Is there somewhere that I can go to look this up?

While you can view the last 4 digits of the egift card or resend the card from your Dashboard, you're not able to view the entire 16 digits number.
However, the egift card number should be located at the bottom of the confirmation email, below a QR code and a barcode. Your customer should also have the option to view the egift card on a browser, use the QR code to be directed to your website or manage the gift card through their Square profile.
