How do I set up shipping for my Online Store?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Trouble setting up shipping]

 

Hi..I am brand new and am having trouble setting up shipping. I only have one test item in my store at the moment...and thought I set up 3 shipping options but how do I connect them to an individual item? When I list the item or try to edit it I see no place to add the shipping for this individual item.  TY!   PS Is there phone support for the online store?

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)?
