How do I set up my shipping profile? It disappeared and I can't add shipping!!

A couple of weeks ago, I set up my online Square shop. All was well and good. I was able to set up shipping profiles as well as the pick up option and made sure to test it out by having a friend "pretend shop". She was able to choose between the pick up option and the shipping option.

 

However, just two days ago, I noticed that the shipping option was no longer available. Customers only have the pick up option. What happened? The shipping option completely disappeared. Also, when I went back into the online dashboard and tried to add shipping, it won't let me. The business name part is greyed out and it won't let me edit it to add my name. I've tried everything including typing in the address part, but it still wont' let me save the shipping profile because I can't add my name. Help please!! TY!Screen Shot 2020-11-10 at 9.01.13 PM.png

My shipping profiles have just disappeared too. I spent ages setting them and I have customers waiting to purchase today but they cannot select shipping. This needs resolving urgently!

I figured it out. It was caused when they moved the shipping link to its new place under fulfilment. I had to reset my sending from details and then all my profiles reappeared.

 

I ship by weight so would take a very long time to recreate those profiles for the various locations around the world. Glad I didn’t have to do that…
